Error:

Cause:
This error is caused by a corrupt Microsoft .Net Framework file.

Resolution:
Verify the Microsoft .Net Framework <version 3.5 and higher> is installed. Click Start - Settings - Control Panel - Add or Remove Programs. Scroll down the list to find .Net Framework <version 3.5 and higher>.

If Microsoft .Net Framework <version 3.5 and higher> is installed you will need to uninstall the Microsoft .Net Framework <version 3.5 and higher> and reinstall it.
